FTGFOP (Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe): Whole leaf with "tips" (buds). Highest quality, delicate aroma.

1. Arabica Grades
Plantation AA: The highest grade of washed Arabica. Large, uniform beans (Screen 18). Premium flavor.
Plantation A: Standard export grade (Screen 17).
Arabica Cherry: Sun-dried (natural) beans. Fruity, sweet, and full-bodied.
2. Robusta Grades
Robusta Parchment (Washed): Very clean, mellow flavor.
Robusta Cherry (Unwashed): Bold, strong, earthy. (High Export Volume). Used for instant coffee and espresso blends.
Robusta AAA / AA: Large bean size.
3. Specialty Grades
Peaberry (PB): A single, round bean inside the cherry (instead of two). prized for its concentrated flavor.
Monsoon Malabar: A unique Indian specialty where beans are exposed to monsoon winds, turning them pale gold and reducing acidity
