His primary mission is to foster strong, transparent Global Relations by serving as a bridge between India’s premium producers and international buyers. Mr. Rushikesh Chavan is a Co-Founder of AmrutTerra Dairy & Agro LLP, where he plays a pivotal role in the firm's strategic management and global expansion. With a strong background in agricultural operations and and supply chain management, Rushikesh is Dedicated upholding the company's "Amrut" standard of purity is maintained from the moment of sourcing to final dispatch.
His Role and Expertise:
At AmrutTerra, Rushikesh oversees the critical functions of Sourcing and Quality Control. He works closely with our network of famers and manufactures to ensure that every dairy and agricultural product-from our premium product to our hand-picked spices-meets the rigorous safety and quality standards required by our global buyers in the Middle East, USA, And Europe.

Mr. Arun Gore

As the Chief Executive Officer of Supply Chain at AmrutTerra Dairy & Agro LLP, Mr. Arun Gore is the strategic backbone of our global operations. With a deep understanding of agricultural logistics and international trade dynamics, he is responsible for ensuring that the "Nectar of Earth" reaches our clients in its purest, freshest form.
Mr. Gore specializes in end-to-end supply chain optimization, bridging the gap between local Indian farmers and international markets in the Middle East, USA, and Europe. His leadership ensures that AmrutTerra operates with precision, speed, and uncompromising quality.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Leading the acquisition of premium raw materials (Dairy, Spices, Grains) directly from certified farms and manufacturers, ensuring fair trade practices and top-tier quality.
Global Logistics Management: Overseeing the complex network of freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to execute seamless exports via Sea (FCL/LCL) and Air freight.
Cold Chain Integrity: Managing the critical temperature-controlled logistics required for sensitive products like Cheese, Butter, and Frozen Paneer to maintain 100% freshness upon delivery.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Optimizing stock levels to ensure "Just-in-Time" fulfilment, reducing storage costs while preventing stockouts for bulk buyers.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all shipments strictly adhere to global export standards (EIC, FDA, ISO) and specific country-wise labelling requirements.
Mr. Tejas Gaikwad

Mr. Gaikwad acts as the critical link between our Indian warehouses and our international buyers. His primary focus is navigating the complex web of global freight to ensure that your goods move from "Port to Port" or "Door to Door" without delay or damage.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Export Shipment Execution: Managing the entire lifecycle of a shipment, from container booking and stuffing to vessel sailing and final delivery at the destination port.
Timely Delivery Assurance: Monitoring shipment tracking in real-time and proactively resolving transit issues to guarantee that products reach foreign markets on schedule.
Documentation & Compliance: Handling critical export documentation (Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) to ensure zero delays during Customs Clearance.
Freight Management: Securing the best shipping rates (Air & Sea) from top-tier liners to keep logistics costs competitive for our clients.
Operational Readiness: Ensuring AmrutTerra is "Always Ready" for urgent air-freight orders and last-minute shipping requirements.
